Refund Policy
How refunds work for Devsignal Lab programs enrolled through our official channels.
Scope
This site lists informational pricing only and does not process checkout. Refunds apply to paid enrollments confirmed by Devsignal Lab through invoice or an authorized partner.
Eligibility
Full refunds are available when a written refund request arrives within 14 days of payment and before access to mentor review slots or downloadable cohort packs has been used.
Partial refunds
If you have completed fewer than two mentor reviews and request a refund between day 15 and day 30, we may offer a partial refund minus an administrative fee of 15% of the paid amount and the listed value of completed reviews.
Non-refundable items
- Completed live cohort sessions that were attended or recorded for you after you joined
- Custom index-map critiques already delivered
- Third-party materials purchased separately
Refund process
Email support@devsignal-lab.digital with your full name, purchase reference, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank or processor timelines may add additional days.
Cancellation
You may cancel future cohort attendance without a refund if the request arrives after eligibility windows close; we will still stop future mentoring reminders upon request.
Exceptions
If Devsignal Lab cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee. Statutory rights under the laws of Korea remain unaffected where they apply.
